My approach

With over 20 years of experience, I utilize an integrative approach that combines insight-oriented therapy with behavioral techniques. This method allows for a comprehensive exploration of your thoughts and emotions while also providing practical strategies for change. By fostering deep self-awareness and implementing effective coping skills, I can support you through life transitions and help you navigate challenges with greater ease. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you can gain insights into yourself and develop the tools necessary to move forward with confidence and purpose.

Acceptance Commitment Training - accepting flexible thinking

Exposure therapy - taking on new challenges and learning to overcome fears and anxieties by breaking down the pattern of fear and avoidance

Health Psychology - creating healthy patterns through sleep, nutrition and exercise and the mind-body connection

Positive Psychology - incorporating positive thinking and gratitude

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction - creating awareness and learning to take a moment

Solution Based Therapy - finding solutions rather than only looking at problems

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia - working on sleep hygiene and misconceptions about your sleep
